Phoebe joined Muckle in 2025 as a solicitor in the employment team.
Phoebe provides pragmatic advice to businesses on day-to-day HR matters, workplace disputes, corporate transactions including TUPE transfers. She represents clients in the Employment Tribunal, defending unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, and equal pay claims.
Phoebe qualified in 2021 and brings extensive experience in advising and representing both businesses and individuals across all stages of employment.
