About Oliver
Oliver joined Muckle in 2026 as a corporate partner. Since qualifying as a solicitor over ten years ago, he has built up a wealth of corporate finance experience across a number of significant and complex acquisitions, disposals and group reorganisations.
Oliver advises a wide range of regional and international clients, ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to repeat acquirers and has supported clients from a range of diverse specialisms including engineering, healthcare, hospitality, education, manufacturing and professional services sectors.
He is based in our Teesside office and joined Muckle as part of our strategic growth in the region.
