Jessica Gray

About Jessica

Jessica is a solicitor in the real estate team having previously spent 12 months of her training contract with the team. She advises clients on the drafting and negotiating of leases, sale and purchase agreements and the provision of general commercial property advice and in assisting with property finance transactions and the provision of real estate support on corporate transactions.  

Prior to her qualification into the real estate team, she also gained additional experience from working in the real estate dispute resolution team on property-related disputes, acting for both commercial and residential landlords. She also supported the team by preparing cases for court, drafting notices, and providing general advice to clients. 

She joined Muckle in 2022 after completing her GDL and LPC at Northumbria University.
