Muckle boosts senior team with three new equity partners

We are further strengthening our senior team with the promotion of three key partners to help drive forward our plans for growth.

Three partners in the dispute resolution; sports, education and charities; and construction and engineering teams have been promoted to equity partner. They each bring with them a wealth of experience and specialist expertise, helping us continue to drive growth across the business and ensure our future resilience.

Harnessing specialist expertise

With more than 22 years’ experience, leading dispute resolution partner, George Festing also heads up our creatives, culture & media, and reputation teams. George leads on contentious intellectual property, IT and data practices and was named a ‘stand-out partner’ in Legal 500 UK.

Widely regarded as an expert in her field, Joanne Davison leads our sport, education and charities teams. Ranked ‘leading partner’ in Legal 500 UK, Joanne’s comprehensive understanding of the education sector means she is frequently called on to give strategic advice to a range of education organisations.  Joanne has led on a range of complex projects for clients including some of the largest national merger and growth projects.

Named a ‘Next Generation Partner’ by Legal 500 UK, Adam Aston leads our construction and engineering team. He has nearly 20 years’ experience and is widely recognised as one of the leading legal minds in the construction and engineering sector. Adam has been involved in some of the largest construction projects in the North East over the past several years.
