Muckle shortlisted for nine awards at Insider Dealmaker Awards 2025
We’re delighted to announce we’ve been shortlisted for nine awards at the Insider Dealmaker Awards 2025.
It is great to see so many of our clients' deals celebrated in the nominations this year.
Corporate Law Firm of the Year
Our team has once again secured a nomination for Corporate Law Firm of the Year. We have won this category nine times previously, most recently in 2024.
Corporate Lawyer of the Year
Corporate partner Sara Worsick has been shortlisted, having worked on a number of significant deals across the qualifying period, including the sale of Thompsons of Prudhoe to Ashcourt Group, also shortlisted for Deal of the Year (£20m+).
Emerging Dealmaker of the Year
In another great result for our people, Olivia Tindle has been shortlisted in this category, in recognition of the significant deals she has worked on, including Kitwave's acquisition of Creed Catering Supplies, also shortlisted for Deal of the Year (£20m+)
Deal of the Year (sub £5m)
We are pleased to see two deals nominated in the Deal of Year sub £5m category, including the acquisition of Computer Geeks by Transaction Services Group (TSG), and the acquisition of Access Training by the University of Sunderland.
Deal of the Year (£5m-£20m)
It is great to see Aspire Technology Solutions' acquisition of CloudCoCo recognised in the Deal of the Year (£5m-£20m) category.
Deal of the Year (£20m+)
We are very proud of the three deals that have been nominated in the over £20m category:
- The sale of Thompsons of Prudhoe to Ashcourt Group
- The acquisition of Creed Catering Supplies by Kitwave
- The merger of Connect Health and Healthshare
This year’s winners will be announced at the annual North East Dealmakers Awards Dinner, set to take place at the Hilton Hotel, Gateshead, on 25 September 2025.
