Jane Siddle, Senior Investment Executive

Jane Siddle is a Senior Investment Executive at NEL Fund Managers, where she works with ambitious businesses seeking funding for growth. With experience spanning fund management, corporate finance and accountancy, Jane regularly assesses financial forecasts, business plans and funding proposals.  Jane brings an investor's perspective on forecasting, helping businesses understand what lenders and investors look for, how to build credible forecasts, and how to use forecasting as an effective tool for decision-making and growth planning.

Tom Justice, Partner, Commercial and IP

Tom provides pragmatic advice on agreements to our commercial, media and digital/tech client base. He also specialises in intellectual property and regularly advises on ownership and commercialisation, such as licensing and assignments, as well as providing overarching advice on brand management.

He supports clients in music and other creative industries, helping them protect their work, structure commercial partnerships and maximise the value of intellectual property, particularly in the digital space. He is also a trustee of Manchester Jazz Festival, the city’s longest-running, international award-winning music festival and talent incubator.
