Employment law update

Join us as we discuss the new Employment Rights Act 2025 (Act), including what has already changed, the upcoming changes in the Spring and the Government’s timeline for implementation of the other key changes under the Act. We will also consider recent case law decisions and discuss the themes and practical issues facing employers across all sectors. This session will be run by our employment team partners Amy Sergison, Lisa Kelly and Chris Maddock.

This session will last no longer than 75 minutes and will include time for questions and discussion.
