Partner and Head of Real Estate Dispute Resolution
Having grown up in Normandy (a village in Surrey, not Northern France), Charlotte headed off into the big, wide world to study to be a lawyer, and back in 1995 she undertook her training contract right here at Muckle LLP, but in those days we were called Robert Muckle.
20 years later, we are delighted to have Charlotte back in the Muckle ranks where she has taken up the position of Head of Real Estate Dispute Resolution. Using the experience in contentious residential property which she honed during her 15 years (10 of which as a Partner) at Bond Dickinson, her task is to develop and nurture the provision of technically excellent, as well as highly pragmatic commercial advice. And by involving herself in transactions from the outset, Charlotte will be able to help the firm’s private and public sector clients, such as large private property investment companies, registered providers and house builders, to avoid litigation wherever possible. Where necessary, Charlotte and the team will be managing disputes or litigation so that our clients always get the best possible outcome. Whatever that might look like.
Ranked both in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for Property Litigation, Charlotte is a regular speaker at conferences and events about housing issues. She is also a regular gig goer and a busy mother who loves nothing better than putting on some music and doing ‘crazy dancing’ with her girls. (Whatever that might look like, too.)
