About Rachel
Rachel joined Muckle in 2025 as a partner in our real estate team, bringing a wealth of experience in property-related matters. She is well known for her exceptional, relationship-driven client service.
Rachel is based in our Teesside office and is involved in complex transactional work, advising a broad range of clients across both the public and private sectors.
"They are knowledgeable as would be expected, but they are down to earth with it and look for practical solutions rather than the counsel of perfection approach that can be so frustrating at times. James Armstrong is first class, as is Rachel List, both of whom are partners and our principal points of contact."
"Rachel List: excellent lawyer; thorough, deals with matters promptly, and actually provides advice, which, almost unbelievably, is not something that can be said for a lot of lawyers, who simply regurgitate textbooks or online notes and then ask us what we want to do."
