About Jason
Jason is a trainee solicitor in our sports, education and charities team. He assists the team on a range of matters across the sports, education and charity sectors including governance, regulation and operational legal matters.
His previous seat was in our corporate team. He assisted the team with corporate transactions and non-transactional corporate work, such as shareholders' agreements and reorganisations.
Prior to Muckle, Jason studied LLB law at Leeds University and graduated in 2020. After his studies at Leeds, Jason worked as a paralegal at a local law firm and then completed his SQE1 at the University of Law.
