Jason Sinclair

About Jason

Jason is a trainee in our real estate team. He supports the team with a wide range of property transactions including buying and selling development and investment properties; asset management and property finance.

His previous seat was in our sport, education and charities team, where he assisted with a range of matters including governance, regulation and operational legal matters. Prior to this, Jason completed a seat in our corporate team. He assisted the team with corporate transactions and non-transactional corporate work, such as shareholders' agreements and reorganisations.  

Before joining Muckle, Jason studied LLB law at Leeds University and graduated in 2020. After his studies at Leeds, Jason worked as a paralegal at a local law firm and then completed his SQE1 at the University of Law.
