James joined Muckle in 2026 as a solicitor in the private client team. Based in our growing Cumbria team, James specialises in Wills and administration of estates, LPAs and other court of protection work.
With 4 years PQE, James is highly experienced in advising on complex estate administrations, taxable estates and trust matters. Known for his approachability and ability to help clients feel supported, he provides clear, commercially minded advice, that helps to protect clients’ interests and provide peace of mind.
