She is a property disputes specialist and the trusted advisor to many regional and national clients on residential and commercial property matters, from Housing Associations and institutional private landlords to well-known High Street retailers. She advises on operational tenancy management issues, both residential and commercial, including cladding remediation work and other land issues such as restrictive covenants and easements.

Charlotte has been working in this sector for the majority of her lengthy career. She has a long-standing relationship with one of the largest UK PRS providers Grainger PLC and is the trusted advisor in respect of their Rent Act regulated portfolio of properties.
