Property Legal Update Seminar 25 Nov 2010

On Thursday 25 November 2010 we hosted a Property Legal Update seminar which gave practical advice and solutions on issues relating to tenant insolvency, corporate manslaughter and the Equality Act.

The breakfast seminar was chaired by Jonathan Combe, partner and head of our Property Services Group.  Other speakers included:

• Nick Todd, partner in the Property Services Group;
• Neville Takier, solicitor in the Business Protection Team; and
• Paul Johnstone, partner in the Employment Services Group.
