Muckle named 'property law firm of the year' for the second consecutive year

Our real estate team retained the title of 'Property Law Firm of the Year' at last night's Insider Property Awards 2024 after previously winning the award at last year's ceremony. The award marks our fourth win since the awards launched in 2017.

As one of the largest purely commercial real estate teams in the North East, we have been involved in many high-profile property transactions in the qualifying period, advising on projects in the region with a total value in excess of £500m.

As well as this strong growth, the judges noted they were impressed that we now offer bespoke separate lending solutions to banks operating within the rural property sector.
