Sustinere plan surge in turnover

Newcastle based energy services company, Sustinere UK, is aiming to double turnover after a £350,000 investment from European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) supported North East Growth Capital Fund.

The business, founded three years ago, specialises in renewable energy, district heating and combined heat and power installations. It offers tailored financial risk sharing for clients through power purchase agreements and energy service company (ESCo) arrangements, and is looking to double its current £2.5m turnover in the next three years.

Steve Wilkinson, co-founder and managing director at Sustinere Solutions, says: “The renewable energy technologies that we specify and install make energy efficiency and cost savings both accessible and affordable for our clients, and we’ve quickly built up an impressive project portfolio that clearly demonstrates how effective our ideas are in practice.”
