Sophie Cragg

About Sophie

Sophie is a solicitor in our Corporate Finance team where she advises clients on a range of different corporate transactions, such as the sale and acquisition of businesses, private equity transactions, investments and corporate reorganisations. 

After graduating with a first-class degree from Newcastle University, Sophie worked full-time at her local authority on a two-year Legal Graduate scheme, whilst completing her LPC.
