About David
As an associate solicitor in our top-tier commercial team, David gives contract advice in a variety of areas, as well as concentrating on due diligence in corporate transactions.
Having qualified as an Isle of Man advocate in 2014 in a leading offshore commercial firm, where he advised on corporate and banking matters, David moved to the Isle of Man Attorney General’s Chambers in 2017 where he worked closely with the Isle of Man Treasury and the Department for Enterprise on various commercial agreements, transactions, and procurement exercises.
In July 2021 David completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales and relocated to the UK at the end of 2022.
