About Sean
A solicitor in our Employment team, Sean supports the firm’s clients with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including acting for both respondents and claimants in supporting the management of tribunal cases for a variety of claims, including unfair dismissal, harassment, and disability discrimination.
Having worked in both in-house legal advice and in Human Resources, he has a keen commercial awareness and ability to approach matters “from a client’s perspective”.
Data Protection & Information Law
Sean has experience in dealing with both consumer and employment data protection queries, issues and breaches and provides advice and support to employers in regard to the necessary data protection considerations they must take.
