Despite the fact that she is a fully qualified dance teacher and psychologist with lots of letters after her name, Jill’s biggest asset is the knowledge and experience she has in dealing with a broad spectrum of employment and HR issues. What’s more, she also has an in-depth understanding of the public and private sectors, which has given her a genuine appreciation of the particular issues they face. She also has extensive employee tribunal experience acting for claimants and respondents.
But undertaking contentious work isn’t all that Jill brings to the party at Muckle. She has also advised on numerous transactions involving TUPE transfers (including outsourcing), covering the due diligence, information and consultation processes and negotiating the contractual documents. Jill routinely drafts documents such as contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, policies and procedures, compromise agreements and workforce agreements.
Given her many talents you could be forgiven for thinking that work takes up most of Jill’s time. Not so. Apparently that honour goes to her two children.
