Our virtual roadshows are back in the Autumn and we will be covering:
The rise of compliance obligations for employers: understanding what these are and how they need to be addressed – 12 October 2021
With the creation of a single body enforcement agency for employment rights, employers of all sizes are likely to come under greater scrutiny of their pay and working practices. We’ll explain how this is likely to work and focus on the key areas where employers will need to actively demonstrate their compliance. We’ll also talk practically about the checks and balances that employers should be considering putting in place as the UK workforce emerges from the pandemic and as employers prepare for the future.
What next? Thinking about the legal and practical considerations around future working models – 2 November 2021
We’ll consider the core aspects of the working relationship and discuss how they are likely to change in the near and mid-term. We’ll also look at how developments in other jurisdictions may influence what the Government does next and consider what economic or social drivers are likely to enforce the way we all work and identify with our work in future
Tuesday 12 October 2021- 9:30am – 10.30am
Tuesday 2 November 2021- 9:30am – 10.30am
