We will kick off our 2014 seminar series with this breakfast seminar, held at Wynyard Park House.  Here Rob Langley will give practical advice and guidance on how time periods affect  construction businesses.

Get answers to questions like:

  • When does time stop running?
  • When does it start running?
  • What is a “latent defect?”
  • Why do indemnity clauses create unforeseen problems, and how long should we keep our records for?
  • What is a long stop, and when is it over-ruled?
