The first in a series of joint seminars between GVA, Muckle LLP and Turner & Townsend. This first seminar will address key issues and challenges in the local marketplace.
Alan Smith and Jonathan Lunn of Turner and Townsend will review how experienced contractors are being more selective about which projects they bid for and the procurement and commercial risks they are willing to take on. Given the increasing workload on limited supply chains, we will explain how client teams will have to develop the capability to be commercially flexible when procuring a project to facilitate a successful project outcome. Turner and Townsend are responding to the challenges in the marketplace and will suggest procurement strategies to manage risk and mitigate commercial risk and provide assurances to clients.
