In this session we will provide practical guidance in relation to some of the safeguarding issues which typically arise in the employment context in schools and colleges, for example in recruitment, drafting policies and procedures and dealing with allegations against staff.
We will also look at issues surrounding termination of employment for example in relation to referrals, references and settlement agreements.
