We welcome you to another Housing Matters event at our city centre office in Newcastle.

Following on from our general introductory session on the GDPR,  Jill Dovey will be discussing the latest developments on the GDPR including the guidance that has been issued by the Article 29 Working Party and the ICO.

This session is entirely focused on the housing sector and will look at the key issues facing housing associations and local authority housing providers, including:

  • mandatory data protection officer requirements;
  • subject access requests;  and
  • processing of criminal convictions

This will be an interactive session aimed at front line officers and those with strategic responsibilities for GDPR, with plenty of time to raise queries and share experiences.

If you have any questions in advance please email us at [email protected] and Jill will respond in the session.

As ever there will be an opportunity to network.

We very much hope that you will join us.
