In this free webinar, hosted by partner Charlotte McMurchie and associate solicitor Sarah Barratt, we will discuss dealing with vulnerable tenants.
All landlords will, at some point, come across a vulnerable tenant who has disabilities, mental health issues or other vulnerabilities.

We shall consider the law on this area and practical steps that you can take to protect yourself and to ensure that you comply with all of your obligations, including under the Equality Act 2010.

We very much hope that you will join us.

Why attend?

Many landlords will have tenants with vulnerabilities or disabilities, and they must be alert to their obligations not to discriminate and to act in a proportionate way. We shall take you through the legal and practical points to be aware of and to consider in order to ensure that you are able to get the outcomes that you are looking for.

Who should attend?

Those who deal with property management, safer estates, general compliance and management issues and their in-house solicitors.

The session will include time for questions and discussion.
