This 2 day course provides practical advice on how to identify and deal with common employment issues throughout the employment relationship.
Develop theoretical and practical skills
The 6 round table sessions, will explain the legal principles and requirements at each stage. This will help you to identify employment issues early and deal with them practically.

Assist your professional development
On completion of all 6 sessions, and an assessment, successful learners will be awarded a certificate of achievement by NCFE. This is not a nationally recognised qualification but has been benchmarked at Level 3 (using Ofqual’s Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) level descriptors) to reflect the basis of the depth of study, difficulty, and level of achievement involved.
This 2 day course will run Thursday 15 March (sessions 1-3) and Thursday 22 March 2018 (sessions 4-6).
£400 plus VAT, per delegate for the full 2 day course including refreshments and lunch on each day.
