This 2 day course provides practical advice on how to identify and deal with common employment issues throughout the employment relationship.

Develop theoretical and practical skills

The 6 round table sessions, will explain the legal principles and requirements at each stage. This will help you to identify and deal with employment issues early, in a practical manner, so you can apply the law to your business.

This course is ideally suited to all HR professionals, Owner/Managers or anyone involved in dealing with employee issues.

Assist your professional development

On completion of all 6 sessions, and an assessment, successful learners will be awarded a certificate of achievement by NCFE. This is not a nationally recognised qualification but has been benchmarked at Level 3 (using Ofqual's Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) level descriptors) to reflect the basis of the depth of study, difficulty, and level of achievement involved.

Timing

This 2 day course will run Tuesday 21 June 2016 (sessions 1-3) to Wednesday 22 June 2016 (sessions 4-6).

Cost

£400 plus VAT, per delegate for the full 2 day course.
