We clearly set out what we will do to help our clients achieve their objectives. If the scope of our role looks likely to change we tell them. We explain how the scope has changed and what impact it will have on the project.

...on time...
We will do our best to tell our clients how long it will take to complete their project. If that timescale changes or looks likely to change we tell them. We explain why we think it will change, how much longer we think it will take and whether there are any other consequences flowing from the extended timescale.

...and within budget...
We will provide a cost estimate for the work that we need to do on each project for our clients. Unless the scope of the project changes that is what they will pay. If the scope does change we tell them. We explain what impact those changes may have on costs and agree a revised cost estimate.
When it comes to billing, our clients will not receive any surprises.
