We provide a broad range of services ranging from practical advice on company law and regulatory compliance issues, to company formation and secretarial matters.
We advise on the wide range of changes to company law as a result of the Companies Act 2006, the final phase of which came into effect in October 2009. In addition, we cover the full range of company law issues from how to set up companies to duties of directors and secretaries, the authorisation of directors' conflicts of interest, meeting procedures, the corporate manslaughter regime, and advising on shareholder disputes.
For our listed clients and larger private companies we provide corporate governance and best practice advice.
