University of Northumbria at Newcastle
Preparation of the university’s professional team panel framework appointments, advising on the demolition of existing buildings and the development of a new design and build sports facility with a construction cost of approximately £20 million.
Redevelopment project
The progressive redevelopment of approximately 1,000 acres at Consett, County Durham, including residential housing, leisure facilities and industrial units. Construction value to date in excess of £30 million.
McAleer & Rushe
The development of a 254-bedroom hotel, 152,000-square foot office building, commercial units and underground car park development in Sheffield under three linked building contracts.
Milford Haven LNG Terminal
Advising on claims arising from £184m Engineer Procure Commission.
