Obtaining, serving and executing a Search and Seize Order or a Freezing Order is a challenging process. They have a draconian effect on the party served with it so court rules require the need for a court appointed independent Supervising Solicitor.  We can be your Supervising Solicitor and serve the Search and Seize Order or a Freezing Order to ensure that it is executed fairly and properly and report to the court.

This is not unusual for us. We have obtained and executed a Search and Seizure Order against one of our client’s Sales Director who had been competing with his employer; we have obtained and executed a Search and Seizure Order against a client’s Operations Director who breached his employment terms by establishing a competing business in China; and we acted for a Chief Executive who was on the receiving end of a Search and Seizure Order by overseeing the execution of the Order at his home, arising from alleged breaches of fiduciary duty.
