Our team has advised on a number of IPOs on the London Stock Exchange Main Market, AIM, PLUS and other markets and has also led placings, rights issues, public to private takeover offers, schemes of arrangement, share buy-back campaigns and related party transactions.
We have an inside track on the regulatory environment in which a public limited company operates; one of our team spent a number of years working in an AIM-listed corporate developer which itself specialised in acquiring, grooming and then floating companies on the public markets. Other team members are company secretaries for a number of quoted PLCs and we are also represented on the London Stock Exchange’s Regional Advisory Group.
We are ideally placed to provide pre-flotation planning and advice and have a practical understanding of the issues you will face as a newly floated company, including corporate governance, market abuse and stakeholder relationship issues.
