Information Muckle LLP collects about you

You have the option to provide personal information in the recruitment section of the Website in order to complete an application form to apply for jobs with Muckle LLP.  This information will include your name, contact details, educational and job history, interests and other information.  This information is only used for recruitment purposes. You should ensure that any information you supply is accurate.  Any information provided in this way will, if you are not subsequently employed by Muckle LLP, be deleted after no longer than 9 months unless we agree otherwise with you.  Statistical information in anonymised form may be kept for longer, for example to enable us to assess our equal opportunities policy or to look at from which universities we tend to take graduates.

With whom Muckle LLP shares the information collected

The on-line application form that appears on the graduate recruitment part of the Website is hosted externally by a service provider who collects the information submitted through the form and supplies it to us.  They also deal with any support enquiries received in relation to the form.

The HR Smartroom and Liberate Online applications are managed for Muckle LLP by external providers: Visual Business Tools plc and Linetime Limited respectively.  By using these applications you consent to the transfer of your information to these external providers for the purpose of your use of these applications.

If Muckle LLP enters into a joint venture or is transferred to another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.

Security procedures

Muckle LLP has used all reasonable endeavours to put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the information you provide is secure.

The Website is hosted externally and benefits from a range of securities offered by the host which include fire walls, regular backup and a secondary data site.

By using the Website you acknowledge and agree that from time to time the Website may be hosted outside the EEA and therefore your personal data collected through your use of the Website may be processed outside the EEA where the levels of protection for your personal data may not be equivalent to those within the EEA.

Muckle LLP’s policy on correcting and updating personal information

At any time you may request that your personal information is not used for direct marketing purposes or may update your contact information.
