How would you describe your team?Energetic, technically capable but also commercially aware and focused on client service.
Why did you become a lawyer?
A varied, challenging and interesting career, good rewards and a clear career path.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The people I work with are great and I enjoy the satisfaction I get from getting a difficult deal done. I enjoy seeing the team develop and people enjoying their time at work.
What do you most enjoy about living in the North East?
The close proximity of work to home and easy access to the countryside and beach.
What do you do in your time off work?
I love travel and seeing new places and cultures. I also enjoy good food and love cooking. My children also take up a great deal of my spare time, but I still manage to get to the cinema and theatre fairly regularly.
What are your personal ambitions?
To be a good mother, wife and a respected lawyer.
What would you change about yourself?
I'd be more patient and less stubborn.
