How do you see the commercial team developing?
The specialisations within the team will only develop further. We're all very good at delivering specialist advice and I think this has been recognised in the team and individual awards we've won in the last few years. We will become ever more focussed, ever more part of our clients team and our service delivery will become ever more excellent.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Becoming part of a client's team and working with them to achieve their business and commercial objectives.
What are your personal ambitions?
To bring my young son up to be a strong talented young man in whatever he chooses to do

What's your biggest extravagance?
Out of print, rare books.
What would be your ideal day?
A long good day in the mountains and then coming off the hills in the dying light to a cosy pub with good beer, good friends and good crack.
