Jonathan has been a partner at Muckle LLP since 1987. Jonathan has a wealth of experience in all types of enforcement and regulatory proceedings conducted in the Magistrates Court and as one of the region's most knowledgeable and versatile advocates. Jonathan spends much of his time helping high net worth individuals in resolving matrimonial difficulties, with particular emphasis on financial claims arising upon divorce.

How would you describe your team?
Young, dedicated, conscientious, empathetic, but improving (and getting older!) all the time.
Why did you become a lawyer?
A careers officer said it was a great way to make a fortune without working too hard. Wrong on both counts.
What has been the most challenging legal deal you've been involved in?
Devising licensing solutions for a football league stadium and a world class music venue, both at exceedingly short notice.

Quietly, calmly and wonderfully happily!
Is there anything you'd change about yourself?
My indecisiveness, maybe, but possibly not, it all depends!

I'm at my best when it's dark.
What do you most enjoy about living in the North East?
Being a long way from the south-east.
