Muckle LLP wins accolade for success - 28/04/2008

The Culture for Success Awards, for companies that invest in and develop the talent, passion and expertise of their workforce and emphasise customer service, were announced at a glittering ceremony at the Newcastle Marriott Hotel.

The awards were organised by business support organisations Service Network and Entrust.

Muckle LLP, which was winner of the 50 to 250 employee category, is one of the organisers of the Service Excellence seminars held annually in the region and regularly sends employees to visit companies in the USA to study best practice in customer service.

Julie Parr, Service Excellence Director at Muckle LLP said: “We are absolutely delighted to have won this award. Over the last 12 months we have worked very hard at creating a culture which is based around developing people, providing an excellent service to customers and giving something back to the local community. But what really makes this award so special is that the submission was written around what all our people have done to contribute to the success.’’
