Using the leading case management system Proclaim© by Eclipse, the Plot Sales Team acts for developers on the sale of large or small residential or business units.

We believe that developers find our ability to provide a one-stop shop or "cradle to grave" service, in relation to all aspects of a development, to be particularly useful.

We have experience of dealing with small-scale barn conversions through to volume flat/housing shemes. We understand the needs of clients on plot sales and also the needs of the different types of purchaser too.
