Our team

The Muckle LLP construction team provides focused, commercial advice on the procurement, funding and delivery of construction, engineering and infrastructure projects and related disputes, both in the UK and overseas.

  • Hertford Regional College

    The redevelopment of two college sites, including demolition, refurbishment works and new college buildings to create modern, efficient teaching facilities. Construction costs in excess of £40 million.
     
  • University of Northumbria at Newcastle

    Preparation of the university’s professional team panel framework appointments, advising on the demolition of existing buildings and the development of a new design and build sports facility with a construction cost of approximately £20 million.
     
  • Redevelopment project

    The progressive redevelopment of approximately 1000 acres at Consett, County Durham, including residential housing, leisure facilities and industrial units. Construction value to date in excess of £30 million.
     
  • McAleer & Rushe

    The development of a 254-bedroom hotel, 152,000-square foot office building, commercial units and underground car park development in Sheffield under three linked building contracts.
