We have championed best practice and promoted partnership between employers and trade unions for many years. We have taken the lead on equality and diversity in the workplace for a number of large employers.

We also regularly advise on recognition, collective bargaining and staff representation issues.

This gives us a unique understanding of the benefits that can be gained from a good working relationship with a trade union or staff representative body.

We have extensive experience of advising on the introduction and implementation of elected representative committees in compliance with the Information and Consultation Regulations.

However, we also have the skill and expertise to protect employers' interests in the face of threats and unlawful industrial action.
