We have particular experience and expertise in advising on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) and particularly on the TUPE issues related to acquisitions arising from insolvencies, outsourcing and change of contractor scenarios.
This experience includes, protecting employers' interests in employment tribunal proceedings following the application of TUPE.
