Our team
Our banking team provides a full range of services for banks and other financial institutions and for corporate clients who have a requirement for banking, finance or fundraising advice.
We represent a number of financial institutions with their funding of MBOs, MBIs and corporate acquisitions.
We advise on all aspects of a transaction, beginning with strategy and deal structure and providing strong project management throughout.
When undertaking legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating loan, intercreditor and security documentation, we’ll be working hard to ensure that your position is fully protected.
