Our team
Our banking team provides a full range of services for banks and other financial institutions and for corporate clients who have a 
requirement for banking, finance or fundraising advice.
The team is lead by Stephen McNicol, recognised as a leader in the field by Chambers UK.
We provide advice on refinancing transactions, amendments to existing banking arrangements and strategic advice on banking options including term debt, working capital, invoice discounting and other funding arrangements.
We advise on all aspects of a transaction, beginning with strategy and deal structure and providing strong project management throughout.
When undertaking legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating loan, intercreditor and security documentation, we’ll be working hard to ensure that your position is fully protected.
