Our business processes
In order for any of our people to provide a great service it is important that they have the right processes, procedures and technology to support them.
As part of our service excellence strategy we look very closely at our processes and procedures to make sure that they are efficient and streamlined.
This means that right from the start of the client relationship, our lawyers can add value to the client rather than being bogged down with detailed procedures.
How do we develop our service excellence ethos?
As part of our service excellence communication strategy we have a service excellence committee. Committee members are elected by their peers, based upon their passion and commitment to our service excellence ethos.
Each committee member then leads his/her own service excellence team. The teams are made up of a cross section of our people and they meet quarterly.
The service excellence teams are tasked with continually seeking to improve client service, to represent the views and opinions of our people and to play an active part in shaping and communicating our future service excellence strategy.
