Introduction training

We believe in making people feel part of the firm as quickly as possible when they join us. Our introduction programme is extremely comprehensive. We ensure our people are integrated, have the tools to do the job and get to know their colleagues very quickly. We make sure they know everything there is to know about our environment, our policies and processes and our people. Our new colleagues can expect to be trained on all our IT systems, to be personally introduced to every member of the Muckle team and to have a meeting with the managing partner…amongst lots of other things, all in the first week.


Skills for the job

We provide legal/technical training that allows our people to be up to date technically and to work to the highest of professional standards. Many of our teams now have academies where the core skills and knowledge are provided to all in that team and the firm’s trainees and then supplemented with external speakers, client’s viewpoints and coaching. We also provide learning and development opportunities that help our people build lasting client relationships and develop our business. The same applies to our support teams who are provided with training opportunities to support them in their specific roles.
