Our team

Our team have advised on a number of IPOs on the London Stock Exchange Main Market, AIM, PLUS and other markets and have also lead placings, rights issues, public to private takeover offers, schemes of arrangement, share buy-back campaigns and related party transactions.

We have an inside track on the regulatory environment in which a public limited company operates; one of our team spent a number of years working in an AIM listed corporate developer which itself specialised in acquiring, grooming and then floating companies on the public markets.

Other team members are company secretaries for a number of quoted PLCs and we are also represented on the London Stock Exchange's Regional Advisory Group.

The team was part of the advisory team behind the 2007 North East Dealmakers Awards’ ‘Deal of the Year’ for the incorporation and flotation of Vertu Motors plc and its subsequent acquisition of Bristol Street Motors.
