Working with management buy-out (MBO) and management buy-in (MBI) teams is a core part of the corporate finance team's workload.

Our team

Our team comprises dedicated lawyers who have all advised owners, management teams, companies and equity and debt funders, on MBOs/MBIs, secondary buy-outs and institutional buy-outs. MBOs and MBIs need support from a legal team that understands the pressures that can arise in buy-out situations and knows how to deal with them.
